Do you work with handmade jewelry brands under $500K?
+
Yes. The flows work for any Shopify jewelry brand with an active email list — the dollar-impact scales with your revenue, but the mechanics are the same whether you're at $200K or $2M. We've built for everything from studio jewelry makers to multi-location fine jewelry brands. The intake form captures your brand voice and price point so the copy doesn't read generic.
Can you write for both fine and fashion jewelry price points?
+
Absolutely — these are different buyer psychology problems and we write them differently. Fine jewelry ($200+) needs trust-building, craftsmanship language, and high-consideration framing. Fashion jewelry ($30–$80) needs impulse urgency, trend framing, and volume-over-CLV mechanics. The intake form captures your price point and we write accordingly. You can also mix — some brands have both entry-level and premium lines.
How do you handle the gift-buyer vs. self-purchaser split?
+
In the Welcome Series, we include conditional content blocks that adjust based on signup source (gift page visitor vs. main site) or can be triggered by Klaviyo conditional splits. For brands using Klaviyo's dynamic content, we build the gift and self-purchaser tracks as separate branches in the same flow. For simpler setups, we write a single series that speaks to both motivations without feeling split-personality about it.
Do the emails include product photography guidance?
+
We provide image placement recommendations in the HTML template — which hero image placement converts best for jewelry, how to structure product grids in cart abandonment emails, and how to handle "product on model" vs. "product on surface" in welcome series. We don't source or produce photography, but every template we deliver is structured to let your photography do the selling.
What if I'm not on Klaviyo yet?
+
All deliverables include HTML + plain-text exports that import into any major ESP (Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, Drip). The Klaviyo JSON is a bonus — not a requirement. That said, Klaviyo is the best platform for the flows we build, and if you're not on it yet, the audit report includes a migration recommendation if it makes sense for your revenue tier.
